day one.

Today is day one of my 13 week training program for running a marathon.  
run 1 minute. 
walk 2 minutes. 
twelve times.

  1. This is so awesome Katherine! When my sister was training for her marathon back in the day I used to run with her a lot. Those days are obviously over...I admire your courage in training for this. The idea of 26+ miles gives me the heebie jeebies.

  3. Oh come on, you can't do the training and not run the marathon.

    Not sure how much of an experienced runner you are... but make sure you have a decent pair of shoes or you'll be sorry.
